Step by step instructions to file your objection

STEP ONE: Form

Download your deposition form here —> (DOWNLOAD). This is the form that a lawyer will sign, confirming your identity. It will be attached to your list of objections. It’s already been partially pre-filled for you to save time.

The form is in Hebrew and confusing even if you’re fluent in Hebrew, so I’ll explain what goes in each field

  1. Today’s date - DAY/MONTH/YEAR, for example 17/12/24

  2. Enter your legal name. This is the name on your teudat zehut and must match it exactly. Notice that your name needs to go in two separate places. Both are marked in the adjacent photo

  3. Your ID number (Teudat Zehut)

  4. Your home address. The form asks for this in two spots

  5. Your zip code (Yeah, I know. I don’t have mine memorized either…)

  6. Your cell phone number. There is a space next to this for your landline. I think giving one or the other is fine.

  7. Do you own? Circle “בבעלותי“. Do you rent? Circle “בשכירות“.

  8. You can write in your reason(s) for objecting to the road here. HOWEVER, you don’t need to! Scroll down to STEP TWO and see how we save you a lot of time!

IMPORTANT - Don’t fill out anything else right now!!!

STEP TWO: Reason

In #8 above, you’re asked why you object to the road. You can write anything you wish, but we’ve pre-written options in Hebrew and English that you can use in place OR in addition to anything you’d like to attach to your objection.

  1. Go to this form.

  2. Fill out page one (name, email, address, and the location you’ll be signing). Click “next” or “הבא“.

  3. On page two select any objection that you agree with. Yes, you can choose multiple objections – select what speaks to you, what angers you or concerns you about this plan. At the end, this is an option to add any personalized objections as well. Click “next” or “הבא“.

  4. If you see a confirmation message, you’re done. We’ve received your objections and will attach them to your form!

STEP THREE: Sign

To sign, you’ll bring out your filled-out form to our lawyer. You can find him in one of two places.

  1. 9-4 at the main mall. The top floor, close to Maccabi. The office is called “Friedman and Topol“. You don’t need an appointment. Just tell them it’s about the new road.

  2. At a signing event: We're hosting 1-2 events per week around the neighborhood where the lawyer will come to us

What you need to bring with you:

  1. Any form of Israeli ID. (teudat zehut, drivers license, etc)

  2. 70 NIS to pay the lawyer. (We don’t want the cost to stop anyone from signing. If there is a financial need, contact us and we’ll assist.)

You’re done!
